Refund & Return Policy:
Cancellations & Modifications before starting the trip:
Our flexible modification policy allows you to make modifications depending upon the time remaining before the start of your trip:

| More than 24 hours before start time | Rs. 400 Cancellation charge. Rest of the amount will be refunded to you |
| Between 24 and 3 hours before start time | You will be charged 50% of the base fare paid. From a minimum of Rs. 400 to a maximum of Rs. 3500. Rest of the amount will be refunded to you |
| Within 3 hours of start time | You will be charged 100% of the base fare paid. From a minimum of Rs. 400 to a maximum of Rs. 5000, and also the doorstep delivery charges. |
